Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Director/Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a Preschool Director/Teacher, you will play a key role in educating and nurturing young children in a safe and stimulating environment. Schedule is M/W 9-12, T/Th/F 8-12, 4 floating hours. Start date is August 12th with training available immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere

-Plan and carryout preschool events such as class parties, concerts, and fundraisers

-Work with cleaning supplies

-Maintain supplies needed for daily operation

-Record payments

Qualifications:

-Must possess strong Christian values
- 2-years verifiable experience in an Early Childhood Education or training/education equivalent
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Proficiency in literacy education, math concepts, and behavior management techniques
- Ability to effectively educate and engage young learners through interactive activities and play-based learning

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students

-Capable of handling limited financial responsibilities

-Hold or willing to obtain certification for CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers card

-Must be able to life and carry 50 lbs
